Insert Molding Technology

Insert molding means to mold in metal threaded inserts into molded parts during molding process. During molding process, the metal inserts are put onto a tooling pin and then are molded with polyester material. After molding, the metal inserts are already connected with the polyester material with a comparatively high pull-out-strength. Inserts are usually made of steel, brass, and aluminum. Because it is a one step process, it reduces the post operational steps and reduces costs.

Vacuum Assisted Molding Technology

Vacuum Assisted Molding technology is a new low cost, high quality molding process. During molding process, the vacuum equipment evacuates the air in the cavity as well as in the material almost at the same time when the mold closes. In this way, it reduces significantly the risks of porosities and material shortages, achieves high product quality and reduces failure rates. It is extremely suitable for some high-level finish requirements and extremely high electrical requirements products.

Cavity Pressure Monitor Technology

The pressure monitoring system combining specially designed mold is used to confirm and analyze the reaction characteristics of the material during molding process. It monitors and records the changes of pressure, mold distance, and temperature so to compare and find the best curing pressure, temperature and understand the curing process.
