Pultrusion is the continuous production process of composite profiles or any customized continuous shape parts. Multiple bundles of glass fibers as reinforcing materials are guided into the resin mixing bath by specially designed clamps, and then into the heated mold/tool to form the shape of the profile. The puller on the other side of the mold/tool pulls the cured profile to continue the production process. Then cut the drawn profile to the design length. It may require post-processing or drilling or grinding to meet the final design requirements.
