HAMC's lab is approved as Provincial-level. With over 4% of sales value spent here, the lab has worked out so many extrodinary achievements, leading HAMC in R&D work on composite industry and innovation.
HAMC's experience with composite tooling has extended over 25 years. With excellent works provided to our high level customers like Siemens, GE, etc, HAMC has unique knowhow and design knowledge of tooling.
Compression Molding Workshop
A 3-floor sizing 40,000 one building workshop is for compression molding and post-processes like deflashing, painting, assembling.
Pultruion Workshop
HAMC has 2 pultrusion workshops with over 20 pultrusion lines, cutting lines, assembling lines and gritting lines.
HAMC works with polyester, epoxy, phenolic, and polyurathane resins for pultrusion.
Painting Workshop
HAMC has built a fully-automatic painting line for automotive, bullet train, and other composite products.
HAMC can paint part sizing up to 3 meters long.
HAMC pays great attention to environment protection while manufacturing. Social responsibility is always the key point to HAMC. Full environment protection equipments were installed and operated daily to eleminate or reduce the waste from been dischargd directly to the environment.
